Experience a personalized yoga class in the comfort of your own space. Whether it’s in your home, office, garden, tennis court, or a retreat setting, the class is designed to meet you exactly where you are. Group sizes can range from two to twenty-five people. The rate remains the same, but the experience is entirely unique.
Smaller groups allow for a more intimate, hands-on experience, often including therapeutic massage techniques and personalized adjustments to enhance your practice and deepen your connection to the movement.
Before your session, we will have a 15-minute phone consultation to discuss the style of practice that best suits your group. You can choose a calming restorative flow, an energizing vinyasa sequence, or a thoughtful blend of both. Each class is thoughtfully designed to support your energy, your needs, and your intention for that day.

A Little About Me, Your Instructor
I discovered yoga over two decades ago while pregnant with my daughter, and it has remained a faithful companion ever since. I practiced through both of my pregnancies and later leaned on yoga to help me navigate the pain of divorce and the challenges of single motherhood. Yoga has been with me through both joy and hardship. It helps me slow down, breathe deeply, and stay grounded in the present. For me, it is more than movement. It is a life practice.
I became a certified yoga instructor in 2019, and as a licensed massage therapist and wellness advocate, I bring a hands-on, heart-centered approach to every session. My classes are accessible, welcoming, and thoughtfully tailored to meet each student right where they are.
Faith-Based Yoga Rooted in Christianity
As a devoted Christian, my faith is the foundation of everything I do, including the way I teach yoga. This practice draws me closer to Christ by creating space for peace, prayer, and presence. If desired, I can incorporate Scripture, prayer, or spiritual reflection into your class. Whether you are seeking a calming flow or a deeply restorative session, your time on the mat can become a meaningful and faith-filled experience.
As James 1:17 says, “Every good and perfect gift is from above.” I believe yoga is one of those gifts.
If you have a smaller group, a Mindful Touch class can be booked. Mindful Touch is a transformative practice for your mind, body, soul and spirit! This unique restorative yoga experience accommodates a maximum of four participants per class, blending gentle stretching with massage techniques and deep breathing to activate your parasympathetic nervous system and promote the body’s "rest and digest" response.
