Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To respect both your time and mine, appointments canceled, missed, or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full appointment fee.

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time so that other clients are not impacted, and any missed time cannot be made up.

Please note that you are reserving a specific amount of treatment time. If you book a 90-minute session but arrive 30 minutes late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and you will be responsible for the full 90-minute appointment fee. Appointment lengths cannot be shortened upon arrival to reduce the scheduled service fee.
